Over 2000 people all over the world have learned how good they really are, when they erg with the correct technique.
Through my work in hundreds gyms all over the world, I recognised that there were a lot of everyday athletes out there who would simply never say good things about the rower and skierg. They dreaded any workout that involved either machine, and would actively avoid them.
All the negativity was born out of frustration. Through Project Row and Ski I’ve been able to unlock all the benefits of rowing and skiing – general fitness, body composition and yes, performance, too – all by the very simple act of enabling people to enjoy using the ergs by teaching them the correct technique.
Day one is devoted to learning the fundamentals of erging on the rower, and the skierg.
Both Project Row and Project Ski run for approximately 90-120 minutes each with a break in between, and are perfect for gymgoers and athletes looking to get the most out of their workouts, and athletes looking to seriously up their performance.
Hurt Locker are also hosting the full Projects Method certification course. Combining the erg coaching on Day 1 with the Renegade GPP Methodology, we’ve created what we believe is the ultimate foundation to become the best erger and coach in the world.
