It’s time for Mayday! to begin – a thrilling competition never seen before. In partnership with Movember, the charity tackling prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

Mayday! refers to a ‘call for help’. 

Obviously it’s super appropriate for our partnership with Movember but in our craaaaazy GPP world, I also like to think of it as an actual call for help. 

You know the one that goes off when you realise “oh shit this workout just got real.” Yep we get it too. 

That’s why Mayday! is so appropriate for us. 

You in a partnership so when you feel like giving up your call for help needs you to answer it. Yes you can call Mayday! Mayday! and yes your call will be answered BUT your hero is you. 

You are the answer.

Movember

Mayday! isn’t just about fitness. We’ve partnered with Movember to raise awareness on men’s phyiscal and mental health.

Men are dying six years earlier than women. For reasons that are largely preventable.
Spend time with mates
Stay connected. Your mates are important and spending time with them is good for you.

Exercise

Every wednesday 12.01am MELBOURNE TIME your workout will be released.

You have Until Sunday 11.59pm MELBOURNE TIME to submit your scores.

Each week a different element of the Renegade GPP method will be tested.

ANYWAY you heard right. It’s not just skiing. It’s not just rowing. You will do many fun things and once you sign up we’ll send you an equipment list.

Our workouts have silly names because... well, why not.
